Zingerman's Press is a small entrepreneurial venture within Zingerman's. We are starting slowly, publishing a few books a year, to see how the experience works for all of us involved.
 
Major focuses of our publishing program include:
 
- books about excellent traditionally made foods and how to enjoy them, and also about the artisans who make them.
 
- books about the Zingerman's Community of Businesses and the individual businesses within the organization, in areas such as our food; our history; business practices and learnings; cookbooks; and the work we do to change the world.
 
We seek to create books that are savored and are something special, just like the food we sell. We aim to provide excellent service to our customers and everyone we work with and come in contact with. And, we are working to create a financially sustainable publishing model - a win-win for publisher, author, and reader.
