SEEKING to increase the creativity and innovation in your workplace? Just about everyone is and yet very few of us understand what we can do to create conditions that significantly increase the odds of creative activity taking place in our businesses.

WANT to understand the why and how Zingerman’s has come to be nationally recognized as an exceptionally creative organization? Ari has a few thoughts to share with you on the topic, which is also the subject of one of the essays in his forthcoming book – Part 3 of Zingerman’s Guide to Good Leading – A Lapsed Anarchist’s Approach to Managing Ourselves.

COME to this session to:
> Find out what inhibits creativity in today’s workplaces
> Hear how you can enhance creativity for your self and your organization
> Leave with tangible tools and action steps that will let you put your learning into practice as soon as you get home.
