Ari will be in Oxford on December 7th with the fine folks at City Grocery who’ll be cooking up some of their favorites from the Guide to Better Bacon. And hold on to your forks, Asheville! We’re headed to Laurey’s on January 4th to have some yummy fun–just in time for your New Year’s resolution to eat more bacon.

Join Ari on November 10th at 7:30 at the Jewish Community Center in Ann Arbor for a discussion of our newest book, A Lapsed Anarchist’s Approach to Building a Great Business.

The Vampires’ Ball is now in its 5th year! We’ll have on hand the limited-edition Vampires’ Ball Companion: A collection of histories, reminiscences, and recipes from Ari Weinzweig, Elizabeth Kostova, Eileen Spring, Kevin Danaher, and Alex Young. This book was created for the November 2008 Vampire’s Ball fundraising dinner for Food Gatherers at Zingerman’s Roadhouse. The theme of the food served was Irish food (especially Irish butter). Only 250 copies of the book were printed.

We’re planning fun for December 7th in Oxford Mississippi! Ari will be joining the folks at City Grocery who will be cooking up recipes from Zingerman’s Guide to Better Bacon for an evening full of bacon lore and more!
