Return Policy

At Zingerman's we guarantee satisfaction. Prior authorization is not needed in order to return an item. Please return the item via insured mail or UPS. (The customer is responsible for return postage and proof of delivery; we can't accept COD returns.) Claims for loss or damaged goods must be filed within 30 days of sale. In order to insure proper credit, please print out, fill in and return the return form with your items.
