Zingerman's Guide to Better Bacon

A whole book about bacon? Absolutely! There's more to bacon than you ever dreamed of. You'll learn about the curious history of bacon, about some of the many kinds of bacon and how they are made (from Arkansas peppered to applewood smoked and a dozen others in between) and most importantly, the recipes section will enable you to put your new-found knowledge to (very tasty!) work. A great gift for yourself or for the bacon-enthusiast in your life!
